Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How do I book a home?
A. Please submit an inquiry through our 'ABOUT US' page, the 'CONTACT US' button on the footer below or call our 24 / 7 service at 1.800.791.8366. Please be sure to leave your name, email address, cell number, and the check in / out dates you're requesting so that we can provide and accurate quote for your consideration.

Q. Do You Take Credit Cards?
A. Yes! We take all forms of payment including Zelle, direct deposit, check, etc.  Credit card payments require a 4% service charge which will be applied to the amount being charged.

Q. What time is check in and check out?
A.  Check in is between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm PST.  All our rentals either have a lockbox or keyed lock so you can check in at your leisure.  Please do not check in early as our cleaning service may be preparing for your stay from a check out that morning. Check out time is on or before 10:00 am. PST.  We may have a back to back reservation so please be kind to our cleaning service and check out on or by 10:00 so that we can prepare the rental for the next guest.

Q. How do I get to the rental?
A. A few days before the check in date a link will be sent to your cell phone. If you've booked either with VRBO or with Airbnb it's very important to double check the cell number on the reservation.  If you would like the instructions sent to a different number please notify us immediately. The link contains a property guide specific to this property, including the arrival instructions, but is also a destination guide with links to local attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. If the reservation is made 60 days or longer from the check in date then 50% of the balance with the signed rental agreement is due immediately to secure the booking.  The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the check in date.  If the reservation is less than 30 days from the check in date then the entire amount with a signed rental agreement is due ASAP to secure the reservation.
 No cancellations due to weather. To protect your vacation investment we recommend opting for the Travel Protection and Damage Insurance. 

Q. Other than the rent, what are some of the fees I can expect when renting a vacation rental?
A. You can expect the following additional fees: pet fee (if applicable), lodging tax (if your stay is less than 30 nights), refundable deposit, and a property damage policy fee $79.  The property damage policy is required and covers any accidental damages that may occur during your stay up to $3,000. An exact quote will be sent prior to making a booking.

Q. Are the vacation rentals child friendly?
A. Each rental is unique and some properties may be a better fit for your family than others. The number and ages of your children will help us direct you to the property that is best for you and your family.

Q. Can I bring my pet with me?
A. Some of our properties allow pets. Please be sure to review each properties amenities to see if a property is pet friendly or please call us to inquiry about a specific property.

Q. What are the benefits of renting a Vacation Concierge, Inc. Vacation Rentals?
A. At Vacation Concierge, Inc. managing vacation rentals is all we do. We want you to feel right at home the moment you walk in the door. Each rental is fully outfitted with flat screen televisions, private laundry, some beach toys, fully outfitted kitchens including cooking utensils, dishes, and glassware. Our friendly staff is interested in making sure everything is just right for your stay. If there is something that we can do to make your stay better please call us and we will make every effort to fulfill your request.

Q. Where do you have vacation rental properties?
A. Currently, we have vacation rentals homes in the following cities along the Southern California Coast: Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, and San Clemente. We've also expanded our family of rentals servicing the beautiful East Tennessee area known as 'Tellico Village'.
